GSR got kicked...
I went to a party last night. This is what I awoke to see. Great prom nite, huh?
WTF am I supposed to do now? (realistically, not "find the pos who did this and kill em")
wow needless to say fucked unibody!!! nsorry man that really sucks, to get that fixed is at least 1500 to do it the right way, which is to get another ear quarter and have it welded in...assloads of labor!!! Man id be calling the police and insurance for vandolism
that doesnt look like someone kicked it... it looks like they either hit you backing up, or took something too it... the metal doesnt just bend and crease like that with being kicked... looks like it was put a lot of pressure on it (backing up into you)
it looks like a boot/shoe print IRL. I'm thinking someone kicked it twice. Could be wrong though. I'm really pissed off about, I wanna kill someone.

It looks like its been kicked. Its a little high to me another car backed into it, and it doesn't even look right. Plus if a car backed into it, it should be scratched or have paint from the car.

damn i know how you feel man. I own a ssb gsr too and the morning after new years night i woke up to that ... but on my fender. Someone must've backed into my car when it was parked next to the curb. Happened right in front of my house
I got it pulled out but i have 3 mini dents now

because it is over the body line it cant be pulled without some major body work. i'm thinking $1200-2000 to fix it since the entire side of the car will need to be repainted and possibly replaced. otherwise you can try to make it "better" but dont think it will do too muchbetter. sorry to hear of that, i hope insurance will cover it.
update: I found out at school today that 2 guys were fighting and one guy slammed the other's head/shoulders in my car. I got the estimate, $1000 at a pricey place. I'm having my mom (shut up, I'm still in hs) call the parents of both parties, giving them till Friday to work out the money until we take further action (either a police report or legal action)
I think it should be okay though, no one wants to get in trouble for underage drinkin, and these kids are loaded.

WHY? Paintless dent removal is almost the same as beating it out. My cousin use to do it, it's just pushing out the dent until there is no more. For that big of a dent, they might have to beat it out a little to even perform paintless dent removal.

Don't ya love Naples?
Come to the east coast, no stupid kids getting thrown into cars. Remember, you get what you pay for, so don't go a cheap way in getting it out. Try to get as much money as you can from those little bastards.

Ironically, I found out that he was just shoved into my car, so that would be his ***/tailbone.... We're prob gonna have to take it to small claims court to get it worked out because the people are ********
but ah well, my sister is an attorney and is taking care of it

I would seriously consider this also. Judging from the pics, the paint does not appear damaged, in which case PDR (paintless dent removal) would be the best approach. Basically they use a variety of tools to massage the metal back into place without damaging the paint. If you get an experienced person they can do it pretty quickly too. I looked it up on the dentwizard site and they have one in your town at a mercedes dealership, I would check it out. Maybe it you got a smaller quote, the people at fault would pay and you wouldn't have to waste your time with court. Repainting only part of the car sucks. And if I missed it and the 1000$ quote is without repainting that sucks and should be less. But good luck

Yeah, that's because they wouldn't want to damage the car they'll eventually try to steal
