Default question for the pros??

what size of piping and what kind muffler should i get on my h23 with just an intake. i DONT want to lose bottom end power but i know that ill probably have to a little. Also would a header be worth it on an h23 with better pipping and a straight through muffler?? also what size it the stock piping?? will i gain top end, or loose low end?? any help is much appreciated. Peace
