2 speakers just isnt enough anymore....problem is there doesn't seem to be mounts in the hatch for another pair. What's the best place to mount a set of speakers in the rear?

 

Honda made factory mounts that went onto the side pieces that the hatch cover sits on. keep an eye on Ebay, they pop up there from time to time. The wiring is pre-run as well, you'll find the wires behind the taillight access panels.

 

or you could cut the bottom out of the trays and make a wood baffle the shape of those trays to mount the speakers to.

I would suggest getting the factory speaker panels that go on top of the little trays in the back. I got mine and I love them sounds so much better and you dont have to cut holes and such to mount some in a different place. Factory is the way to go.
