Some M@#$f@#$r nailed my driver's door this past weekend, crushed the door trim, scratched the paint, and dented the metal underneath... And no f-ing note. God, I love today's society.

Anyway, Acura is trying to charge me ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY dollars for a 4 foot piece of plastic... Is there another source for body trim other than the dealer?

If the paint is scratched down the bare metal, does touch up paint cover it so that it's not noticeable?

Yes they tried to charge me 130 for the piece on the door and 66 for the one on the rear quater panel. What a rip off.

 

They tried? Does that mean you found another source cheaper? TIA!
