Default terrible tranny noise?????

i just finished swaping my dx to a si motor/tranny and now i have a growling noise coming from the tranny when moving or in neutral with the clutch engaged. when the motor /tranny was in the si it did not make them noises. does anybody know if it could be something little? to me it sounds like mainshaft bearings, but that's weird cuz it had no noises in the other car.

PL3-3000
PL3-1000
PL3-A000 ( the si i got outside says it) are Si's

Pl3-A100 are DX

if u wanna know the year of a tranny look in the input shaft where the clutch spindles are.... if theres no ring or "grove" is a 88.. one grove its a 89 and 2 groves is a 90-91

another good way to find out is looking tru where the axle goes into the tranny.... if the ring that holds the axle is tick... is a Si . if they are tinner is a lower model... here u can see if right in the middle of the bearing... is the thingy with 4 cuts in it

also the Si's have a bigger 40mm bearing.... and other models have smaller diff bearings
