The warning that came with my clutchmasters clutch said to have a 500 mile stop & go breakin period.
Also the warranty is invalidated if you don't resurface the flywheel and to grease up the bearing.

Depends on the clutch. ACT & CM says 500 miles of stop and go. They are remanufactured. Exedy said none. I gave it 200 and it has lasted longer. Exedy is not a remanufactured unit.

Only clutch I have broken in was a Clutchmasters Stage 3 and it only lasted 8k miles...I've had ACT and they work great and last longer with no break in.
