hifonics 5 channel amp, good ?

hifonics 5 channel amp, good ?
im trying to make my stereo w/ the least amount of components as possible, originally i was going to use a 4 channel + a 2 ch (or mono amp)
but i ran accross the hifonics 5 ch, what is the quality of these amps these days? i remember back in the day hifonics was good stuff but i hear many like rockford,ppi,soundstream,hifonics have gone downhill.
if this brand isnt good whats a good 5 ch amp to go with? (whithin $$ reason)

1.hifonics zues 5 ch (50x4 + 200x1)
2. alpine v12 5 ch (50x4+200x1)
3.jl audio 5 ch (front 100x2 rear 25x2 + 250x1)
4.ppi 5 ch (50x4 + 200x1)
5.soundstream tarantula 5 ch (watts?)
