b16a1 in crx si , battery light is on?
ok i just finished my swap and turned it over wooooooo hooooooooooo purrs like a kitten ,,,, well at first fuel was squirting all over the place cause i didnt tighten the fuel hose enough, but i got that staritened, but anyway, when i went back in the car i noticed the battery light was on,.. now i know this can be my alt, but could it also be that somethign isnt grounded correctly? .... becuase if you open the hook look down to your left, right where the rad supports are, theres a little ground wire, well it doesnt connect to anything, i was hopin someone knew where it went if it went somewhere, also any suggestions on the battery light, besides it beign the alt? thanks for all your suggestions in advance
Check your charging system output, it should be about 14 volts with the engine at about 2k rpm. I'm not sure quite what you mean by the ground wire, but I do know that the valvecover needs to ground near the radiator overflow bottle.

that little wire that u r talkin about connects to the valve cover. i always remove my stock one and make my own ground wires. i usually use 4 guage battery wire for my grounds and i havent had a problem with them yet. ive been doing that for a few years now. as for the battery light, i would check all the electronic connections and make sure that they r plug in correctly and that none of them r loose. hope that this helps in any way
