I recieved my turbo in the mail and when I tried to spin the compressore with my fingers, it dosen't spin freely and actually takes effort. What is going on here? When I got my greddy turbo, it span very freely. My friend told me it was the new bearings and will break in with heat and oil. Is he bull shittin me or what? I have never seen this befor. Please help. It is an air research t3 .48 hot, .60 cold if that makes a difference

it needs oil run through it to seat the new seal.
