LS turbo people!
if your gonna boost 15 psi daily, i would go with forged rods and pistons at least just to be safe. throw in a blockguard while your at it, doesnt cost that much more. some people on this board are for and some are against blockguards. as long as you do it right (weld first, then bore and hone) then you shoulndt have any problems with the cylinders from turning egg shaped.
other than that for the internals, it should be able to handle 15 psi.
dont abuse it everyday though (bringing to redline all the time)

resleeving is not necessary depending on how well you tune it. im sure you know by now that tuning is the key. but also keep in mind that you prbably dont wanna abuse it everyday also. if your one of those crazy drivers then go for the sleeves.
im building a b18c1 with je 9.1 eagle rods and str blockguard. at the track i will boost 11 psi (i dont have a 3 bar map sensor yet) but i iwll only be seeing 7-8 psi daily.
the tranny should be fine, im assuming 15 psi will net slightly above 300 whp on an ls, especially if you lower CR when you throw in forged rods (9.1 is good)
