jdm ctr cam specs

does anyone know the specs on the jdm civic type r camshafts and the specs on the jdm integra type r camshafts? what ones would be better. ive heard that the CTR ones have the highest lift made. thanks

Buy 00' USDM ITR cams, they are VERY similar to CTR cams. Not worth it to by any JDM cams when the usdm itr version is nearly identicle.
