Well it looks like the b16 jumped a few teeth huge loss of power the cam gears due not line up in the center and the timming will not adjust correctly it will not let me go higher then 10degrees. is it the off camgear that is causing this? should my head be ok if it was just the exhaust cam?

actually it only looks like it jummped one tooth, so could that cause the timming to be all out of wack?

 

Remove timing belt and set everything properly.

Once you have done that put the belt back on and do a compression test and a leakdown test.

You might want to do it BEFORE it jumps any more teeth & bends your valves...
