Default South Coast Acura Took Great Care of Me!

I am a happy customer. They took my car in today and fixed the torn outer cv boot and mis-aligned passenger door under warranty. I came out there today feeling like I was treated the right way.

The person I dealt with was Sean. Great guy. Did everything he needed to do and beyond.

I was updated on the current situation of my car and everything worked out great.

to South Coast Acura

I'll have to give them a try. Hopefully I get a better response from them then I did from Tustin.

Booo South Coast Acura

J/K

Glad you had a good experience with a car dealership. Unfortunately, most people don't.

Just to rub it in, our dealership just won Precision Team for 2002 year.

Hoe did your door become mis-aligned? What was it doing?

I don't know how it happened but the door became crooked and left a huge gap with the fender. The bottom was popping out more and the top was too in. The bolts and everything seemed tight. Just happened out of no where but the body shop fixed it and it looks like new now.
