you definitaly dont wanna spray WD 40 on something you want to lube up. WD 40 is a degreaser and cleaner. You should rather use something like white lithium grease. I use this on mine when it starts to get slow.

The book of instructions says SUNROOF but I thought you USA people called it moonroof , hence my sun/moon description.

i thought a sun roof was one made of glass where you can see throught it and moonroof was one that was painted the same color of the car and made of metal.
correct me if i am wrong

YOU'RE WRONG! hahaha... j/p... i believe a sunroof is just a rectangular peice of your roof that only tilts... and a moonroof is a rectangular piece of glass that slides open and tilts... NOW, correct ME if I'M wrong...

BTW: CAMAGE, what did u use? i have '01 prelude and all year around i use the moonroof... A LOT... just for future reference when my **** begins to slide slowly

That's what I used to think but I looked into it

Sunroof = all metal
Moonroof = glass

Don't know why but that's how it is...

i had the same problem with my 97, i took it to Honda (this was back when i didn't know ****) and asked them if it needed a new motor, they said no, and just used some funky named grease on it, worked great, it needs it again, but i've got a friend that's an advisor there, he can hook me up
