dammit I hit a curb with my car going around this real tight turn...stupid white castle drive thru. Anyhow the rim got pretty scratched on the back drivers side and I was wondering if theres anyway the control arms or anything on my teggy could be disrupted? I was going really slow but I felt it hit the wheel. I actually thought I hit the side of the car but I didnt. maybe im jus paranoid I duno I jus got the car. Any input

Hell on my slips. I just broke out the black sharpie and fixed my curb marks. Battle damage what?!!!!!!

However, hitting the curb could throw off your alighnment a bit. Prolly not, but it could.

 

right now i have 16" ADR GT Sports on my gsr. I recently took off my 17" velox's because of potholes but I might jus replace the one i jus scratched.

 

if anybody has any extra 16" ADR GT Sports that they are selling please let me know.....thanks

Youre fine, just got curb damage...I think i have curbed all four of my rims somehow :/ Anyway, if it was going slow your control arms shouldnt be affected at all. Most places fix rims like that for about 50 bux a piece.

 

if you hit enough to bend your rims, you should double check if your shock pillar bolts is still okay.

when i hit curb going 40mph on 98 camry it twisted shock, pillar bolts & chasis.
