Default HUGE engine problem Vid included!

Alright guys so we got a 97 type sh prelude running hondata 2b system Autothority installed and tuned it and it worked fine. then the turbo manifold cracked so we got it replaced along with a new dp and turbo, and autothority did all the work. this time when we get the car back its got a HUGE idle problem and the boost gauge was turned up. I had it set at 25, which is 14.5psi. When i got it back it was set at 38. im not sure what psi that is but its high. The hondata is supposed to be programmed to cut off fuel at 15psi. So now it has a HUGE idle problem. and know theres a weird noise comming from the engine kinda like its griding/squeeking.
the ecu is off a 95 gsr, je 8.5:1 pistons and crower rods. please give us a hand here guys

Instructions: right click on the link and click "Save as...". You will need the divx codec to view the video. (available at http://www.divx.com/)
http://bling.darkmark.com/zak/turbo/lude2.avi btw the vid is 23mb

I got an error when trying to download the video so I'm basing this on your description. When you say the boost was turned up to 30, could it ever reach 30 or has it always maxed out at 14.5? I would do compression and leak down tests. It sounds like someone hurt the motor. Overboosted and hurt the bottom end or over revved and bent some valves, maybe? Does your car have a convertor? It could have been damaged and clogged. I hope autothority stands behind their work.

Did you check every piece of plumbing on both intake and exhaust on either side of the turbo? If they got something on wrong or a hose not on properly, it would be a big vacuum leak or lose boost. Maybe that is why it was turned way up? To try and make the boost they knew it should?

actually autothority is the bigged piece of s*it shop i have ever been to. The first time i went there, the guy that did the work was really good, his name was manny. the next time i went there they had a new guy named jason and that is when all the stuff went wrong. They said it was already like that and they didn't do anything to it. they won't do anything for me. if you look at the original post again i ammended it. it wasn't at 30psi. im not sure where hoses are supposed to go, but everything appears to be connected. i didn't even get half way down the road before the junky elbow from the ic pipe to the turbo they had on there blew off, so i couldn't see what it was boosting.

Have you pulled the plugs and checked them? Look for metal flakes from detonation or black from being fouled. It sounded like it was on maybe 3 cylinders. With it running take one plug wire off at a time to see if it is one specific cylinder. Check the wires on the injectors. If you can reach them, see if you can feel each injector cycling as it runs. Does that turbo system use an extra injector or bigger than stock or just a pressure riser? If one injector was not working, that would make it really lean and sound like a Metro 3 cylinder. If there is any damage internally, a compression test will show one cylinder as really low, a leakdown test would help identify where the problem is.

Did you double check the plug wires on the distributor? I have a habit of reversing the #2 and 3 wires and then wondering why it skips and has no power, maybe someone at autothority does too?

hmm, doesn't sound like the engine is missing at all. sound like a "whirring" from bad friction...hmm..if engine checks out okay, maybe check out bearings in turbo? u DO have an oil feed hooked up right?
