hmm they can't be becuase pulley sets are different...the pulleys have different amount of ribs...that's for sure..

 

really? hmm, I know I have a 4th gen Si powersteering pump laying around here somewhere....it's too bad my 4th gen VTEC is getting some bodywork done right now, cause I would compare them and take some pics.

Well I know this for a fact...a guy did a JDM swap and used his H23 crank pulley and accessory/PS pumps...he had to keep them together because of the ribs...I believe the stuff is the same, it's just the pulleys..

 

they are the same except for the pulleys. the jdm h22 pulleys have 5 ribs and the h23 have only 4.
