Default Adjusting the clutch pedal...how?

I posted a thread about having a notchy shifter a ways back and some people recommended adjusting the clutch pedal. Here's the original post: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=481192 . I didn't really understand the directions that were given on how to do this. When I went under my dash pedals, I wasn't sure what they meant. Could anyone explain the process (preferrebly with pictures/diagrams)? Thanks!

hmm, clutch fluid. where could I get this done? I've heard you need certain tools to get the old fluid out. while I'm at it, anyone know how to do the pedal thing, or what else might be causing the notchy shifts?

PS...I shift at 2.5-3, if i shift higher (3.5), there's less of the feeling. could it be cuz I'm shifting so low?

It was under my impression that to change your clutch fluid was fairly easy... I think you may mistaking the clutch fluid change with the transmission fluid change... but i'm sure more knowledgeable people here can give their 2 cents.

I think changing transmission fluid is easier, it's just drain & fill. Changing clutch fluid is like bleeding brakes, you have to pump it through the lines to the slave cylinder & out. Neither one is really difficult.

There's a couple of possibilities that have already been suggested. We can't tell from here which one is really happening on YOUR car, all we're doing is suggesting things.

If the pedal hinges & pushrod are sloppy or goofed up, then you deal with that by replacing pivots or adjusting the length of the pushrod that goes into the master cylinder.

If your clutch fluid has air in it, or its old & cruddy, then changing & bleeding it will help. Worst case might be that the inside of the master cylinder is messed up by corrosion or dirt. Then you have to replace the master cylinder.
