Default what spring rate should i use?

Ever since i got my b16 my car bottoms out every where. I blame the original shocks that just gave up after 13 yrs of service. The car is an 89 crx si and I want to get Ground Control coilovers, but what spring weight should i use. Right now I have some sprint springs but i want the coilvers for the adjustability(that and to be dumped on days i feel like it)Keep in mind that i dont mind the harsher ride. I also plan on using 89 accord shocks to have a bit more suspension travel in teh front.

Will that even work? I know that you can use 90-93 Integra suspension parts on the 88-91 Civic and CRX. That would probably be your best bet.
