Default What harness should I use???????

I am swapping a ITR motor into my 1994 integra what would be my best option of harness? Sould I just use a OBD1 harness and then all I would have to change would be the plug for the distributor right?

The LS distributor will not bolt up to the ITR head. You can use an OBDII GSR/ITR harness and keep all the components OBDII on the motor, or change the injector plugs (reuse the OBDI injectors as well) and distributor plugs to OBDI and use your stock harness.
