coolant temp gage problem 90 DA GS

From: some where in a locked cage
coolant temp gage problem 90 DA GS
just started today
the coolant gage works when im at idle
but when I rev up
the gage needle drops back to cool
anybody could help me on this one?
help gladly appreciated..
