I just took out my zc turbo...I used a t25 and a audi intercooler. that **** pulled pretty good. I dynoed 154hp 153tq. I beat built b16 and supercharged si. It was not that hard. Spooled pretty averge and curve was good. I used 12:1 fmu and stock injectors. If you have any questions let me know. Good luck man.

My setup is in my sig. It's not done yet but i expect around 350 hp and to run high 11's to low 12's. I have a t3/t3 now but am going to get a precision turbo sc61 and a larger intercooler.

thanks for the responses, crx616, how much were you boosting? did you put everything together yourself, ans if so how much did it cost you?

I put everything together my self and it was pretty easy.. I used a hf manifold and a atdapter plate. I got my t25 from the dsmtrader.com and the fmu for a fellow ht member. the intercooler was from a 2000 audi. I used check valves so that my map senor would not see my boost. I boosted 8-9 lb. I used a mx6 bov.. that thing sound damn great.
Price list.
manifold- 40
plate- 50
turbo-150
fmu- 110
boost gauge- 60
a/f -50
lines- 50
intercooler-80
bov- 20
intanke 255lb fuel pump- 100
mics. 50

If you have any question let me know

I have a 92-95 greddy kit.
12:1 FMU.
Walbro 255lph.
Conquest GhettoCooler.
Cheap *** boost controller.

My first time out with everything working close to correctly it ran a 14.0. The car has yet to be tuned at all. As a comparision there were a few 5.0 mustangs and Camaros running 14.2 - 14.3. With tuning I expect high 13s.

you can keep AC if you use the Greddy kit 92-95. That kit was based off the JDM ZC engine anyways.

thats a Install of a ZC Greddy kit,

or if you wanna go custom hit up my website..

For thr trial user thing, i believe all you have to be is a user for more than 30 days and your no longer a trial user. Your able to put in your own avatar and im people.

Good luck spooling that SC61 I bet it won't start to spool until 4500-5000rpm. f your trying for just 350hp, that turbo is by FAR overkill! It maxs out around 600hp

Here's my old setup:

HF manifold
T-25 (T-TOO-SMALL)
2.5"DP
3" Dynomax exhaust
Zdyne / DSM 450cc
Custom welded starion IC
Bosch BOV
= Came in under 1200. Got a 15.4 at 98mph on stock clutch

New setup (In construction):

Stock block ZC
Rebuilt ZC tranny with Quaife and SI axles.
Exedy Pressure plate with Action 6 puck disc
Tinker219 equal length manifold
Precision SC32
Tial 40mm WG
Turbo XS Type H
2.5" dp
2" -Rewelded Starion IC - 2.5" TB
Zdyne Tuned

Will run 9psi on the street, and 14psi on race gas at the track. I'm hoping for around 250whp at 14psi, and a 12 second pass on 24.5" stickies.

I also have another ZC motor I am currently building for over 400hp.

ZC block Sleeved to 78mm by GE
Head ported by Endyn
Custom 9.5:1 JE's
Crower I beams
ACl bearings

I will unveil this motor next year once I max out my stock block ZC.
