Default H22 accord shifting problems HELP!

Well, I was driving last night and it all started when I wouldnt go in to 3rd, then it started binding upwhere I coulnt move the shifter at all. I would slide it back in fourth in neutral to get it "un-bound" then I went home played with the linkage and checked the tranny fluid, added a little fluid. Now its hard to go into 1st 3rd and I cant get in 4th. I disconnected the linkage from the tranny and every gear works good but 4th, I cant get it into 4th. I dont understand because it was working fine yesterday and all I did to the tranny is add fluid. My tranny never grinded except for every once in a while in fifth. Now its hard to shift all together and I cant get into 4th. Any suggestions on what to do????

Sounds like a synchros problem or something, I don't know much about transmissions, but I've heard that story a lot.

check your clutch fluid level. Could also be master and slave cylinders. I just went through the same thing not too long ago.

if it was the master and slave, would that affect my shifting while the car was off?

disassemble the center console and run through the shift cables thru the grommet under the car and into engine bay at the transmission. check to see if the cables are not crossed or binding near the rear motormount.
