This reminds me... I have the weirdest problem also...

At the last autocross I was at, every time I would do a hard turn I would hear a harsh buzzing sound from the dash area, like one of those old piezo buzzers being activated. I can't for the life of me figure out what it is or where it's coming from - partly because it never does it unless I make a VERY hard turn at the limit of adhesion.

well, to me it just sounds like old sensors/connectors. you can unplug the seatbelt wires under the seat, and it will solve that problem, and for the doors, either adjust the striker plate, or the button/sensor. thats about all i know to tell you.

Must be a lot of CRX's cause mine does that too, or sometimes it wont shut off... have to shut off the car to get anythig to happen.

What buzzer deal?

AFAIK there IS no buzzer in my car. That's why the weird buzzing is so, well, weird. It never used to do it either.
