y8 turbo: two questions

y8 turbo: two questions
I am turboing a mini-me swap on a d16y7 and I have two questions:
1. For the turbo, for now would I be fine running 8psi intercooled with 450cc injectors, fuel pump and FMU?
2. Can I use the valve cover from the y7 on the y8 head?
