i use the platinums. $40 for a set. but they come with a 1 year warrantee. when i first stared my motor. i was running riiiiiiiich as yell. so after about 3 weeks of running, the car wouldnt start. plugs were black as hell. got a free set. advance was pretty pissed. but it was under warantee.

cool, i guess you suggest the platinum ones steve...the pfr7g-11 or the bkr7evx-11? both are made of platinum but the pfr ones are more and are a true platinum i guess.

does advance or any parts store stock any plugs in the 7 heat range?

My local Shucks special orders PFR7G-11's for like 21$ a piece.

Edit: So I wouldn't recommend getting them from an automotive store.

I've seen them on the web for 10$. Good plugs though.

Nooooooooooooooo...discontinued, why? Such a good cheap alternative to the stock platinums.

clubplug.net and monarch still have them listed on their sites. so i order like 20 of them...just cant justify spending 10-11 per plug
