I've asked this question a couple of times but really didn't get a direct response. I am about to get a jdm b18c5 and putting it into my 93 honda civix lx. With a stock p28 will this pass emissions if everything else is not taking into consideration(cat and other things like that). Kinji recently told me that his p28 would be too rich but you could make it back to stock by cutting a certain jumper. But anyways can my car pass with this setup? Thanks ahead of time.
