how do u take this off?
if you mean you cant get the cranks off all you do is get a old t-shirt or like fabric i guess and get it between the plastic handle and that little plasic washer lookin thing it. (you got the handle then the plasic washer thing and then the panel. move the rag back and forth until you get the c-clip to fall out. for it to work out right get the handle pointing upwards and then get the rag between there. with the rag on top.
turn it so the **** if pointed up pull at is slightly and you should see a nickle plated clip (golden color). Get a some kind of a small hook (Dental tools are the greatest for this) and pull on the clip. Don't pull too hard you you may loose the clip.
Go buy yourself a Pick Tool set at Sears, use the Hook pick to pop that bastard out, I can do it in like 2 seconds with my tool. They also come in handy for SOOOOOOOO many things, I
pick tools.
pick tools.

OR you could get a window crank tool. (the tool that's accually designed for the job) You can get one at any auto parts store and they're relatively cheap.
Be very careful when popping that clip out, they like to go flying!!! and they're really hard to find when they hit the ground. wrapping a rag around the crank is a good idea to catch the clip.

**** that damn tool, it scratches up everything, and you lose the clip 95% of the time. just, as earlier stated, use a rag or old t-shirt, stickit in there, and pull it from side-to-side. it works perfectly 100% of the time, and it catches the clip.

i tried getting a piece of fabric in that small *** smace, i dont know about anyone else, but i finally got a piece of a t-shirt in the space, but it wouldnt work for me. I couldnt slide it back and forth like you guys said

Simple! Get a wire hanger and make a small 90degree bend on one side. If you rotate the window crank you'll see a slot which will enable you to see the clip. Just slide the wire hanger in that slot then hook the clip and just lift it off. Don't jerk it!
Your best bet though is the "pick tool" set from Sears like someone else said.

You must not know how to use the tool right, I pull 2-4 cranks a day off of all different makes and models of cars, and I've never scratched a one. And yes, when I first started out, I had a couple of clips go flying, but clips are cheap at any auto parts store and once you get the hang of it you'll learn how to catch the clip with your free hand.
After seeing first hand the kind of damage that can be done by "do it yourselfers" trying to use a pick or screwdriver, I would never use anything but the right tool for the job.

Maybe, but it ain't that hard. Just take off the door panel and undo 2 bolts on the window support thingy, lift out the old glass (or vacuum it up in my case when I did this
), and put in the new one same as reverse. But if you are really stuck perhaps I can help a brotha out.
