you need to post way way more info your setup

first guess is that you dont have the cam gears set properly. ask skunk2nr what his cam gears are set at, then set your close to his

sorry i have a 91 si hatch w/ a type r swap . Stayed non obd running a eriks racing reprogramed pr3 from my high comp. ls/vtec (r.i.p.) a vafc and stock usdm b18c5 bottom end . The problem was if i was sitting at a lite the car would die if i was just sitting @ idle. I would need to hold the gas @ a little higher rpm to stay running . Another weird thing is the battery light comes on untill i hit 5000 rpm then it goes off . So i thought alternater, changed it same b.s. If i dip below 5k battery light stays on . I tested 4 a draw and there was none . After i changed the alt. I checked voltage 12 on the battery off , 14 when running . I didnt check voltage today .

i'd say spend some time on the dyno. You shouldn't have idle problems. What's your valvetrain?
