What makes an ITR so great?
Just was wondering what it is about Type-R's that so great....
There are many cars that are faster or handle as well...I just
wanted to know what it is that makes the Type-R have such
devoted owners...I'm trying to get one before I go to college in the
fall, desperatly trying to figure out how to get the $$$ for one....

I agree with Ross for once. It's def one of the best handling (argueable the best) FF car.. but beyond that....

I like how you can load up the suspension around a corner and yank the wheel to get some oversteer. All at pretty decent speeds, on the street of course.

the classic honda feeling, design, apearence, reliability, heritage (Out of all the integra family, the top of the line performance integra from the factory), tradition, rareness, quality, upgradability, potential, speed and handling, DOHC VTEC, LSD, precise easy smooth shifting, and the wide range of cars in the same competition level. i'm probably forgetting a lot of other things.

I don't really understand what the big deal is with the ITR being the "best production FF" made. To me, that's like buying a Honda Civic SI (or whatever) because it's the "best Honda made."
Just because it's the best (debatable?) in it's smaller class of general cars, to me isn't a good reason to say it's "great."
Did that make sense? Maybe not.. oh well, long day.

nothing can be explain by words for R, it's just different when u are in there, and u can feel it. Even u just see it on the road, it attracts u and cops also.
