I had the KG/MM springs, a good friend of mine, has the Spoon Springs. For the price of the KG/MM springs, you really cant go wrong with them. I loved the comfort of the ride, very soft, not bouncy, not stiff. I'd say for someone who just wants to lower their car a little, the KG/MM springs are the way to go (IMO). The drop is not that low, and again very comfortable. However, at high speeds, the car does not feel as sturdy as i think it should, i guess you can say its not "planted" on the ground like I would like it to be.

the spoon springs, i think, tend to sag in the rear, i dont know why, im sure someone here knows something about that. Also the spoon springs, seem to lower the car more than what it actually states it will do.

They are both good springs for someone who wants to use stock shocks, and lower the car a little.

hmm...
i can attest to the fact that the spoon springs lower the car quite a bit -- they're actually what i have on my car right now.
i'm just curious to see what else is out there and what everybody likes.

Tony, You know you're welcome to check out the H&R sports whenever you like.... Not sure if thats what you want, but drop a line if you need to.

Ya, check out my lovely creaking sounds too! WTF.

Take care.

i'd love to check them out.
i'll be back home from school in a couple of weeks or so -- we should set up a mini-meet of sorts.

i'm basically trying to decide if i should sell my spoons and go a different route -- anybody have any input??

i get what you're saying -- and i was actually already planning on adding a bigger rear sway. however, i'm stuck between the JDM 23mm bar and the Mugen 26mm bar -- it's hard to decide without driving a car equipped with either of the choices.
thanks for your input!
