2 things you can try. one is to use washers to space the seat up and the other is to cut out all the insulation and carpet under the seat.

ummm how would i do washers when i only have one flat spot on back left side? and foam i cant cut cause its metal bottom

I highly doubt you will get an amp to fit under your seat. Even if you manage to squeeze it in there, it is recommended that you have 1" of clerance for cooling.
