look under the passenger side carpet and count the flashes from your ecu. You will then know what code you are throwing

If you do count them don't count the first one. I believe it always flashes once on startup.... Anyone confirm? Too lazy to run out to my car

yes when you first start the car there is a very short blip that should be ignored... remember... long blips count as ten and short ones count as singles... post what code you are throwing and someone should be able to help you out

the plate is where the passenger put is feet, you'll see 4 bolts unbolt them, you will find the cumputer under it.

What car/engine do you have??? Don't count the first one. Then count the ones after that....

Well mi guess is that this sensor is in the DIST, and you probably need a new dist to get rid of it !

I had the same exact problem. I bought a new ditributor off ebay for $95 and it fixed it. A month later I swapped out the motor so if u wanna buy it pm me... $75 shipped.

Whether u buy it from me or not, u do need a new dist.
