Will the ITR's factory shocks and springs fit a 4 dr 2nd gen Integra with little to no modifications?

Does anybody forsee any problems with doing this?

 

I think you'll have trouble with the rear shocks. They are a little different than the shocks on the non-ITR's .
I was looking at the King Motorsport site and it says "Note: 94-2001 GSR must use Integra Type R rear lower control arms to install... " for all the ITR suspension upgrades.
