How do LCAs help?
ohhh kewl, so can you achieve better handling with ITR LCAs and upgraded springs/shocks than using GSR LCAs with upgraded springs/shocks?
itr lca just let you use suspension meant for itrs. the lca itself is just designed differently, but not necessarly better. most of the high end suspension for the integra were meant for the itr chasis; thus to run high-end suspension for your 'integra' non-itr will need the itr lca to fit them.
the lca itself dont do **** as an upgrade itself.
put it this way.. most tein and zeal setups require you to have jdm/itr lcas.

ITR LCAs generally have stiffer bushings... so they "could" be better. Again the reason to upgrade them is to be able to use high end suspension designed for the ITR (ala buddyclub, zeal, etc etc.)

Be aware that Koni yellow shocks for the rear of ITR's are not externally adjustable. Just a heads up.

Koni North America lists the adjustment procedure for their shock applications on their website. Non-ITR shocks are externally adjustable, as well as front ITR shocks. Rear ITR shocks must be removed from the car, fully compressed, and then turned in order to adjust them. Here's the link to the procedure: http://www.koni-na.com/comp.html And of course this is what they show for the externally adjustable shocks: http://www.koni-na.com/****.html
