Default no injector pulse

I put a d15b7 into a 94 ex auto. "this kid just really needs a car" So I did the swap I have fuel pressure and spark. I used the dissy of a dx with internals off the ex I plugged everything in and have good resistance on injectors and distibutor. I have power to the injectors i just cant get the damn things to pulse. I have switched ecu's several times. The only code that i come up with no vtec "which is odvious" and 02 sensor, but correct if i am wrong the ecu controls the pulse of the injectors until teh car is warm then the 02 comes into play and control the opening time of the injectors. Any help would be great I WANT THIS DAMN CAR OUT OF MY GARAGE!!!
