i could sell my 2 subs and buy it easily, i dont have a box for them, and i want a change too, only problem is the sub in it
id sell the pioneer and maybe drop a kicker, or jl in it...
would this box be good for a hatch?
whats the advantages/disadvantages of such a box?
need response ASAP!

Bandpass boxes always sound like ***!!. They are only tuned to one frequency and are very limited on sound. But are very loud in the one frequency. The best sounding boxes are the simplest ones. Like sealed...best or even a good designed ported box.....
Bandpass boxes are for 16 year old kids with civics.... so knock your self out.
j/k
dont even waste your time man. get a plain old sealed box built to your subs specs and you cant go wrong.

I liked that add, minor damage
I could not see the sub through the window.
What is the Jamaican dollar conversion anyway. It said $5000.

LOL! No ISH!
If you want to do bandpass do the kind where it's sealed behind the woofer and the port is in the front.

Every type of box has it's niche. If you want the best quality sound though... get a sealed box matched to the manufacturer's volume spec for the sub.
I have that exact box and it sounds great with the setup I have. I can change the frequency response and make it hit harder or go deeper, however I do not reccomend getting this box.
I have had three seperate setups. My favorite of those setups was 2 10's in a sealed box with the appropriate amp. HTH.
