Default steering wheel shutters

well, at low speeds, my steering wheel shutters from left to right very slowly but once I start picking up speed, it starts going faster and faster and when at around 100km, it's a very fast vibration going from right to left very fast. It's basically shuttering back and forth. I'm on skunkworks adjustable coilovers with stock struts and if the stock struts are blown would it cause this? Could it also be the wheels themselves?? any help would be great cuz this vibration makes the car feel like it's gonna fall apart!! haha

If is shutters when you are on the brakes, your rotors are warped.
If it shutters when you are just driving it could be something as simple as an out of balance tire, thats what i could check first

sounds like a wheel is actually bent..

take your car to get the tires balanced, and ask them to check for bent wheels as they balance, you can see that w/ the naked eye while balancing..

so, I took a look at my wheels and they look okay, as well as the weights still seem to be on, on the front tires, but there are no weights on one of the back ones. I'm still thinking it's one of the front wheels because I can really feel it shaking on the steering wheel. Is it possible that not all the weights fell off? I ask this cuz there is about 3-4 on each one.

it's just the way the tire wore and/or the tire turned slightly on the rim. Get them re-balanced

well, I found out the problem!! My front driver and rear passenger tires were both bulging out on the inside of the tire where I couldn't see. The belts broke on both of them thus causing the shitty ride. I replaced both of them and now i have two AVONs 215/40/17's in the front and 2 bridgestones 225/45/17's in the back. I hope this doesn't cause a problem but either way, the ride is so much better, no steering wheel shutter or anything!!
