Tire pressure???

Tire pressure???
Im going to be putting my mags on today but im a little confused...
In my door, it says for OEM tires (185/65/14 I thnk) says to put 30 psi in the tires....
on my mags 195/50/15's it says max 40 pounds...
so what should i do? Put 30 PSI or 40???
