If a civic hatch (92-95) with a b18b raced a b20z integra(94and up) who would win?

I heard untuned b20vtec's are poo, your friend needs driving skillz, slicks, and some tuning. The results will make the b18 powered civic look stupid, unless he was boostin.

he doesnt even need slicks..because he doesnt even spin out that much..and if i did give him some i would still beat him..trust me i know this car and this guy very well and he even told me he wouldnt even be able to beat me..
