engine swap in san diego

i want to get an engine swap in san diego but i want to keep it smog legal

anyone do b18b or d16z6 swaps here anymore? i have an 89 crx si. thanks

i know some people a little north up in Orange County...i'm not sure about the d16z6 but last time i checked the b18b into 88-91 Civic/CRX was $2300 installed.
