I've used a Goodyear timming belt on my integra and its been driven hard for the last 4 months and no problems what so ever. One of the belts squeak, but its not the timing belt.. Maybe he put a timing belt made for a different year integra on your car?
go to o'reilly's and order one for your year and car, then do it yourself, I did mine, it took me the good part of the day, but it only cost me around 40.00 and about 6 hours. I could have saved some time my holding the cam gears in place with screwdrivers, but the book I got didn't say to do that, my friend told me about it.
