anyone know a reason y my car is backfiring, bogging and runnin lean?? 97accord. i have no cel at all. could it be my ecu no picking up anything. basic tune up is done, checked vaccum lines ..

 

em...what is your car's setup? the car's info? why is it running lean? what is the PSI of the fuel?

 

97accord 2.2 sohc. didnt check fuel pressure, seems like im getting fuel most of the time.

how do you know that you're running lean..? sometimes bogging is a sign of running rich i think...

 

Backfiring and bogging sounds more like running rich to me...
