Default Code 43 / 5th gen 95 Accord EX
Says to check the fuel pressure/fuel pressure regulator. Also check the oxygen sensor.

Now, I know a little about Hondas and what not....but I have no idea what to check for here. I don't have a pressure gauge or anything like that and I don't have the first clue how to check the oxygen sensor. Am I better off just bringing it to my Mom's Honda mechanic?

most likely 02 sensor easy to replace, underneath car inbetween end of exhaust manifold (header) and before begining of Cat.
