If your other stuff is dim too and you experience interior lights slightly flickering or anything then you definitely need to check out your electrical system. Start with your battery and check for corrosion around the posts, if the battery looks fine then have your alternator checked out.

Yeah, HID's. Or you can get a mulitmeter and test your battery and alternator. Just stop by an Advance Auto Parts or Autozone. They can test them for free.

check your grounds and your battery terminals and connections... also the battery posts for corrosion.. have your battery and alternator load tested... other than that.. put back stock bulbs.. the blue bulbs won't help w/ visibility.. they actually lower visability especially in rain and inclement driving conditions..
Stock bulbs
Blue lights
Silverstars
HIDs
If you cant afford HIDs then do the silverstar conversion or just get the 9006 bulbs, they will last a bit longer. Ive also noticed my lights wil dim at idle, so that may explain the extra dim-ness.

Thank you everyone for the advice. I have checked my voltages and everything is good...I just notice that my lights are way dimmer than other integras with similar bulbs.
I do have a stereo system, but I dont get any interior dimming at all.
I really do want HIDs for sure, but can you guys recommend specific brands / sources? Everyone claims to have great ones, but I'm sure many suck.
Thanks!

You might want to get your electrical inspected before even considering to purchase a HID kit. If you have low voltage, it might not help your ballast either & may cause damage.
If you find out what the problem is, hunt for a good 4300K HID's and if not 6000K if you don't mind losing some lumens but it'd be still x2 brighter then stock halogens. Silverstars are good for their price, probably one of the whitest lights I've seen without the blue/purple hints.
Good HID brands. Top of the line would be Bellof ($800-$900) of Japan which is very strict how they distribute their products. Catz is another great company from Japan. PIAA if you can afford their system. (Very expensive for their HID lineup) Next would be companies like HIDS4Less.com and other manufacturers that will backup with more then 5 years of warranty. Trust me you'll get what you pay for. It doesn't matter if you have Philips bulb/ballasts, if you get cheap connectors and harnesses, you'll see your HID die in less then a year when it's supposed to last over 2500 hours of usage.

Ya HID's are the way to go. The only reason blue bulbs seem dimmer is cause they are. Depending on the brand too! If its a cheap brand, the bulbs usually just coated with a blue tint of some sort. thats why they are dimmer even though the wattage is higher. Their are the good stuff too though. But trust me, once u have HID, u ain't gonna stick to no other lighting!
I would definitely dump the blue bulbs. I see so many cars on the road that have the HID look color wise, but they are so dim, they might as well just have their park lights on.
If you do decide to go with HID's you may want to check out Trevor at http://www.visualdynamics.ca I got mine off a groupbuy he had last year.
for his service too.

Lets see....$400 vs. $20 for a 9005 conversion....i'm not saying they perform the same, but the performance doesn't nesc justify the price in my book..
Just to clarify, AGAIN, the "blue" upgrade bulbs that sylvannia makes and which sells alongside the stock replacement bulbs at any autoparts store are pretty good IMO....i understand the silverstars are a bit better, but costs twice as much...Anyway, I was NOT referring to "blue" lights that just look blue or that are sold on ebay/ricer section of the autoparts store....those are junk. With the 9005 conversion, (high beam bulbs fitted into my low beams) and the upgrade sylvannia bulbs...there was a big difference/improvement, for a minimal investment.

No. Do a search for "9005 conversion"

did the "9005 conversion" search...ok, jabroni95gsr: i noticed ur from NY too, do the cops ever mess w/u for having brighter low beams on? i'm thinkin bout doin the conversion too...
no. they just look like HID's...but actually less bright...since the low beam bulb pattern is a projector beam, it does not scatter like the low beam bulb...the higher wattage is just projected forward...its an improvement, but not THAT much so that its blinding...just try it, you'll see.
