b16 tranny from hell

ok i know a few of you guys have replaced cable tranny clutch release bearing springs, whats the trick to getting them off and is there another trick to putting them back on? any help would be apriciated

do you have to move the clutch fork or does it slide out or what, i took off the bolt but its not coming out do i pull harder or does the fork slide out the side or wha?
Aight. To get the spring off. Take that 12mm(i think) bolt that is right there under the fork. Then once that is out. Tug on the release arm that your cable connects to. It slides out of the tranny that way. Then the rest just kinda falls apart, and you just reverse what I said to install the new spring.

cool, i thought that might of come out but i wasnt sure and i figured with my luck it wouldnt be and i would break the shift fork and have to buy a new one but thanks for your help
