Default Opinions needed!!!

Ok... I was in a wreck late december... Guy swirved over and hit me in the rear left wheel area... It wasnt that bad of an accident.. The suspension appeared to be slightly pushed forward as he hit my tire/wheel with his tire! Well, 2400 in damage later(i think its outrageous just to rebuild the suspension and replace my control arm)... Well, come february I started havign a squeaking noise right there... I thougth I must have warped my rotor and had a dragging brake.. Well, until last night I was just dealing with it for now until school get out in a week... Then, I was gonna replace it... Well, I got my cra up on a lift yesterday for a muffler install... I found my problem...
The picture was taken after 11pm, no whining about focus!!! You see that bolt.. It should be flush! Its not, its farther out than it looks... Luckily my body gets in the way of it coming out... Otherwise I woulda rolled the car by now!!!! And that woulda been a serious lawsuite... I put about 5k on my car since the accident and alignment is off because of that... My speedo after swap says I put 11k on since(play it for all I got right?)... Gonna get that fixed, and see what I cna do about claiming excessive tire wear and how far I can go!! What do you guys think? Think I could get a new set of tires too?

PIC is of rocker control arm... It keeps the wheel angled so it drives STRAIGHT! Its the one thats connected to the front of the frame!

Ask the shop what they'll do about it. Take a lot of pictures with real camera first, so if you have to take him to court for it, you have evidence of how it looks now. If they don't fix it properly, talk to whatever insurance company/lawyer and try to get the car totalled because it's unsafe.

thanks man.. finally an opinion.... I think I can get the company to fix it because they have a lifetime warranty on all labor and what not.. I am going to see how much I can get out of it... It was their fault and I could just either one let it break free and total the car in the future and sue them for neglegence or something... I know its been riding like this since early february, but has gotten louder and more annoying in the last 2 weeks... I am going to take it to the shop on Tuesday b/c of school finals and have them look at it/fix/ yell at them... I hope I could even get a new set of tires out of it... Considering uneven wear that is noticable when testing it by opening door while moving... It sounds like it almost peeling out... Like its wearing one spot really hard... And, I rotated my tires since this happened... So, thats 2 on left side.... If you replace the left, you have to replace the right correct? who knows... Its totally unsafe.... Now, that I know its not the brake which I considered no biggie I am worried just to drive it... I would jack it up to take the pressure off of it for a better picture, but I dont want to remove any pressure from it at all as its wedged in there right now... Its not a pretty sight.. The bolts bent good too.. Only a matter of time before it breaks off...
