No. 14" steelies barely fit; 13" would never fit. I do believe they have 13" alloy wheels out there that would fit though . . . Panasports maybe?

nope, won't fit, but 14" steelies will definately fit. SI has same front brakes as 96-00EX and the EX comes stock w/14" steelies.
