will this turbo be ok for horsepower goals?
I have a built GSR block with a worked head(stock valve size) and I' debating on what size turbo to get. sleeved block(stock bore) 9:1 JE pistons and crower rods. head consists of GSR cams with crower springs and retainers. mild port and polish. I will be purchasing geoffs manifold and I have not decided if I'm goin with Hondata or a DFI. anyway, I'm lookin at a T3/60-1 .70 A/R, 60 trim wheel. I'm lookin for 400whp maybe a little more but not much. will this turbo be able to meet these needs?? approx when should I hit full boost(~20psi). I will also be revvin to 9k maybe 9200. please help me out.
Talk to some of the people with Precision turbochargers. I think a Precision SC61 will do it for you. Do a search for the SC61.
I have a brand new precision turbo that would be perfect for you. The precision sc60. My goals were 400-450whp with this but now i'm going bigger. Paul

yeah sure
The most u can make with a .54 trim is around 350-370
60-1 is perfect for 400 hp..... u should hit full boost around 4500-5K. Have fun boosting
