To people with CF hoods with vents: How do u keep the rain from going through the vents and onto the motor? I tried masking tape which works temporarily, and laying down sheets on Saran wrap when i dont go anywhere... any other ideas?
well, if it is a car that is actually driven/parked outside, my advice would be to get a non-vented CF hood.
Take a roll of aluminum foil and a clothes hanger and make a little tray with a spout that drains the water out of the engine bay, of course it would only work when parked, just an idea.

My thoughts exactly.

if there are grills where the vents are, you could use thin sheet metal and cut it to the length/width of each opening. then drill a small hole in the sheet metal, and use appropriately sized nuts/bolts to hold it to the grill. water would probably collect at the openings really bad, though.
